Ultraviolet Conveyor Systems

Ultraviolet Conveyor Systems were developed for high volume sterilization of products at a rapid pace. There are two customizable options; ultraviolet integration to an existing conveyor line, or a stand alone conveyor system for separate sterilization processing.

Proper sterilization is accomplished by treating the product(s) surface for a specific period of time. Surface disinfection calculations are computed by determining a) the required amount of micro-watts needed to destroy the target pathogen and b) the amount of time the product is needing to be exposed to ultraviolet radiation. Factors such as, the consistency and type of the product surface, product distance from the UVC rays, and pace of the conveyor, are taken into account to assure the success of disinfection.

Complete Conveyor Systems

Complete Conveyor Systems are an integration of conveyor and ultraviolet sterilization in a single stand alone unit. These industrial grade units encompass the product areas and treat all visible surfaces.

Conveyor Fixtures

Conveyor Fixtures are ultraviolet sterilization systems that are integrated into existing conveyors. These systems come in two formats; mobile units on casters, or stationary units attached directly to the conveyor line.

Generally, UVC rays directly striking the microbial contaminants will achieve lethal destruction, but if the bacteria or mold spores are hidden below the surface, out of the direct path of the UVC rays, research proves otherwise. With treatment applications needing 360 degree sterilization, our engineering team builds unique solutions to guarantee full UVC exposure and achieve proper resonance time.
