Sterile Conditioners- Central Systems |
|
|
|
Central Sterile Conditioning Systems are ideal where multiple tanks are in close proximity. Factors to determine if Central Systems may be an option are:
Tank Sizes
The closer the tank capacities, the easier it is to distribute air evenly.
The Position of the Sterile Conditioner
Indoor systems feeding outdoor tanks is advantageous.
Fill and Dump Rates
This is crucial in preventing back pressure when tanks are being emptied.
Connection Sizes on Each Tank
If similar capacity tanks have the same size connection, a dampening valve may be required to keep even air flow into each tank (dependent upon distance from Sterile Conditioner to each tank.).
