Fuller Sterile Conditioners are designed for standard tank top mounting. However, there are many occasions where tank top mounting is difficult enough to require alternative approaches. Installation of many other types have been made in the past, using our standard or slightly modified units, The exact mounting is only determined after a review of all existing conditions and situations at each separate location.

Custom sizing for tanks is available. Standard mounting requirements are as follows:

	SLIP FIT FERRULE This is the standard method of connecting sterile conditioning and exhaust air vent equipment to the tank proper. The connection is via a slip fit ferrule which fits snugly into a pipe fitting.
	THREADED FEMALE PVC NUT An optional method of tank connection for sterile conditioners, exhaust air vents and air Circulators is with a threaded connection. The threaded 3" diameter female PVC nut threads directly on the tank pipe nipple.
	SANITARY FITTING An optional method of tank connections is with a tri-clamp fitting of the quick couple type. Ferrules are available in 3" and 4" diameter type OD tube size. A clamp locks the ferrules together to provide maximum protection.
	FLANGE CONNECTION Flanges are available in 150#, 304 stainless steel or 316 stainless steel. The flange on the equipment matches the tank flange for a secure fit. Highly recommended for outdoor connections, various sizes are available.
