Convex Lens – Uniformity Specification: Continuous and uniform to within +/- 5%
Purity Specification Of Enhanced Aluminum Used: 99.999% pure

Metal Thickness Tolerance: Both metal layers are manufactured to within 1/300,00th of an inch.

Fire Resistance: Self- extinguishing
Heat Resistance: Dimensionally stable (<2% expansion/ contraction, 212º F, 30 min.)
Electrical Conductivity (as supplied): Non- conductive on both the top and bottom surfaces. However, at performance points, the internal aluminum layers, as with all metals, will conduct an electrical current.
Integrated Memory Specifications:

Crease Resistance: Minimal Effect
Bend Resistance: No Effect
Impact & Hammer Resistance: Slight Effect
Shape Retention After Impact: +95% return within 1 second.
Suggested Cutting Tools/ Methods: Razor, shears, or sharp knife (can also be efficiently slit, sheeted and die- cut using conventional processing equipment).

Suggested Cleaning Instructions: Solar Brite reflectors require little care. Dust can easily be removed with a feather duster. Everyday dirt can be usually removed using a dry, soft clean cloth with light pressure (for example, a loosely wadded cheesecloth). If heavy soiling occurs, dampen the cloth first using a solution of a mild dishwashing soap and water (non- scented). Excess moisture can then be removed using a dry, loosely wadded cheesecloth.
