2) Where to Place the Sterile Conditioner
Tank Top Mount
The standard for positioning Sterile Conditioners. If access to the tank top is easy, this is the most efficent way to introduce sterilized air into the headspace.
Floor Mount
This arrangement makes it easier to maintain and monitor the Sterile Conditioner. The decision to opt for this choice should be based on spacing, washdown cycles, tank dimensions and size of pipe run.
Consult with Fuller prior to ordering equipment, as some situations may dictate a larger system.
Remote Mount
This provides remote access to the Sterile Conditioner. This situation may be required when access to the tank top is limited, and the tank floor area is congested or possibly dangerous.
3) Indoor or Outdoor Service
A rain hood is available for outdoor conditions, as well as for the need to protect the Sterile Conditioner during washdown cycles.
4) Is HEPA Filtration a Requirement?
HEPA Filters provide a particulate arrest rate down to .3 microns. Our 5 micron filter is included standard.
5) Does the Incoming Tank Air Need to be Heated
In colder temperatures, it may be necessary to keep the headspace temperature in close proximity with the tank contents.
6) Power Supply Requirement
A variety of power supply voltages are available.
7) Tank Size
The tank size (preferably in U.S. Gallons) will be needed to provide the correct system. If floor mounting is required, tank dimensions will also be necessary.
