Pictured below are a few standard and custom models Fuller has manufactured. Each application is unique in it's own individual description. Diplomat and Bayonet Units are followed by Rack Systems.

 

Diplomat Insert Units

FG 7418

 Diplomat Series slide in assembly. Ballast and electrical connections are contained in the structure. 

  • Dimensions are determined by duct size.

  • Accommodates a 118" D. x 35" H. Duct

Lamps are positioned in a single row. Air stream is fully and evenly treated when blower is operational. Lamps are proportionally spaced to each other. Twelve lamps, each with it's own sensor, are monitored with a Watchdog System. 

 

Bayonet Insert Units

 

SENTRY

 This model started it all back in the late 60's and remains a viable addition to air quality. Primarily for commercial and industrial HVAC systems. Duct depth is adjustable for 26" and beyond.   Available in two or four lamp models. Lamp monitoring, relays, and remote ballasting are a few  options available.

  • Easy to Maintain (four screws detach unit from ductwork)

FG 2424

 Designed for high intensity emission. Mounted perpendicular to airflow, this model is equipped with 20 - 24" UVC lamps. 
 Duct dimensions are 27" H. x 16"D.

FG 7536

 Designed for treatment of a coil face.  This model is equipped with 5 - 36" UVC lamps. 
 Duct dimensions are 60" H. x 38"D.

  • Accommodates a 33" D. x 20" H. Duct

 Lamps are intertwined to enhance UV range. Sensors mounted on each arm read each lamps intensity (8), signal is sent to a central Monitoring System to display output.

FG 7836 T/S

  Lamps are positioned perpendicular to airflow. Maximum exposure to contaminated air is achieved, while maintaining continuous irradiation of coil or filter(s) if necessary.
  Duct dimensions for this particular system are 45" D. x 20" H. Lamp arms are spaced evenly for balanced UVC transmission.
 Switches for each lamp provide optional use of ozone lamps. The area to be treated in this case has a concurring problem with odors. 
 A 24 hour, 15 minute interval timer is mounted in the ballast housing. This provides cycled use of ozone in determined time frames.
 Safety switches attach to access doors to disconnect power to unit when maintenance is necessary.

Rack Systems

 Designed for Larger Air Handlers. 

FG660EX

   6- 60" Exterminator lamps. 

  Built for treatment of airflow and HEPA filters, this six lamp model generates a large amount of UV intensity for up to 2500 CFM.  
  Duct dimensions for this particular system are 77" D. x 22" H. 
  Lamps are spaced evenly for balanced UVC transmission.

  • 500 µ W/cm² @ 1 meter per lamp
  • 65 UVC Watts
  • 9000 Hours Rated Lamp Life
  • 120 V. 60 Hz.
  • Watchdog Lamp Monitoring System
    Measures UV Intensity, not Visible Light.

FG2060EX

   20- 60" Exterminator lamps. 

  Built for treatment of airflow and coil face, this 20 lamp model generates a phenomenal amount of UV intensity for up to 20,000 CFM. 
  Four fixtures combine to create this Rack System. In the photo on the right, this is just one half of the system. 
  Duct dimensions for this particular system are 118" D. x 69" H. 
  Lamps are spaced evenly for balanced UVC transmission.

  • 500 µ W/cm² @ 1 meter per lamp
  • 65 UVC Watts
  • 9000 Hours Rated Lamp Life
  • 120 V. 60 Hz.
  • Watchdog Lamp Monitoring System
    Measures UV Intensity, not Visible Light.
